(S)-Jørgensen-Hayashi catalyst is the diphenylprolinol trimethylsilyl ether developed by Jørgensen and Hayashi. It is one of the most powerful organocatalysts for asymmetric aminocatalysis, enabling highly enantioselective Michael additions, α-functionalizations, and cascade reactions.
